Blanco makes first LaLiga appearance for VCF
The away win against Real Sociedad in San Sebastian featured a first LaLiga appearance for Valencia CF for Álex Blanco. The young Spaniard was handed a starting role for the midweek fixture, and occupied a spot on the left hand side.

Whilst the 21-year-old has previously played an official match for the club (in October of 2018, in the Copa del Rey against CD Ebro), and has also gained LaLiga experience when on loan at Deportivo Alavés, the Matchday 4 contest was his first time with Valencia CF in the top flight.
Blanco was subbed off on 71 minutes, making way for Toni Lato -himself making his maiden appearance of 2020/21.
